Where's My Order?
Enter your information:
Sign in to your account, then select "orders" from the top menu.
- The first email confirms that your order has been received.
- The second email confirms your order has shipped.
You may check the current status of the order by clicking on the order number that appears in these emails. You can also check the status of your orders by clicking on Order Status at the bottom of our site. Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated.
Order Status Change
We make every attempt to ensure that items you have ordered are available. However, occasionally we run out of popular items. If you ordered an item that is out of stock, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know. If we do not expect to receive your ordered item back in stock, we will cancel that item from your order. If you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, or for taxes or shipping on that item.
